This renovation involved applying a cedar shake exterior, new shingle roofs and extensive landscaping while also updating the front to offer more curb appeal. A solid oak door was refurbished, new windows and paint upgraded the exterior and improved energy efficiency. The existing living room space was updated to take advantage of the vaulted ceilings and add a new limestone fireplace surround. For the master suite are a new bathroom, walk-in closet and family laundry room (featured are double vanities and garden tub along with plenty of storage space). A new kitchen, built in the former 2 car garage space created a great area for family/ group entertainment.
